INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEES:
Access to all sessions, refreshments during the conference & lunches on June 12 and 13 June.
Other social programmes, conference dinners, tour activities, and accommodation are optional and can be booked through the congress registration.
Full payment is due upon registration using a VISA or MasterCard credit card. Online payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to thorunn@atconferences.is
Cancellations before 11 May will receive a full refund, less the 12,000.00 ISK administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 11 May, but changes can be made anytime. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference. Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days before the arrival date. Neither the conference organizers nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
If an invoice for payment by bank transfer is needed instead of payment by credit card, please send a request to thorunn@atconferences.is. An administration fee for all changes and invoices sent for bank transfers is 5,500.00 ISK.
